My career started as a hands-on manager in small IT focused agency and I gradually climbed up through almost all market industries as one of clients’ and colleagues’ favorite Account Directors in Bruketa&Žinić&Grey to the strategic position of Client Service Director, right next to founders of Imago Ogilvy.

 

I never skipped steps. I was never afraid of getting hands dirty. I've always truly enjoyed developing clever strategic solutions and through leadership of large and diverse project teams I stayed highly involved in implementation.

 

In my past career I've been responsible for core business company performance through business development and client relations, innovations in operations through organizational transformation, talent development through coaching and training, in charge of internal communication as well as creation and implementation of business, creative, branding and communication strategies, project ownership and team leadership. I represented the company brand in front of global network, clients, suppliers, employees and public.

 

I'm a fan of lifelong learning - from countless trainings, workshops, conferences, HBR reads and Masterclasses to the EMBA valedictorian honor - as well as teaching and mentoring anyone passionate about a common subject.

 

Spotless in integrity, pro-active, exceptionally organized, analytical and creative, excellent in multitasking, strategic thinking and implementation as well as team leadership. Never afraid of change and new challenges, focused on effective solutions and innovative long-term value creation. I believe there is no such thing as failure, only learning opportunities and areas of improvements. I always stay open-minded for different perspectives. I've been described by many as strict but warm.
